RACE LEAGUES

The beautiful Rocky Mountain region boasts some of the best terrains in the country, so it comes as no surprise there are so many different race leagues to choose from! The Colorado/Wyoming area offers enduros, hare scrambles, motocross, and even a trials circuit. Each league offers a different racing experience, and we recommend trying several races in each category to decide which ones fit your style and give you the highest grin factor! Fortunately, you are not limited to just one or two, you can race in all of them if you see fit!

Enduros are one of the oldest forms of motorcycle competition. Run on a challenging route that includes wooded and desert terrain, more difficult “test” sections are connected with roads, fire roads, or easy two-track trail. Enduros can vary greatly across the country, but one thing is certain everywhere: They are one of the most enjoyable, thrilling and fulfilling forms of motorsports competition!

CORCS

The CORCS Off-Road Series has been formed to bring closed course Hare Scrambles (HS), Gran Prix (GP) and Sprint Enduro racing within easy reach of the Colorado front range population.

Our philosophy is that racing should be accessible, affordable and safe! We are striving to bring you events on a monthly basis at a variety of locations all along the front range, alternating northern and southern locations.

TEXAS STATE CHAMPIONSHIP ENDURO CIRCUIT

TSCEC was founded in 1973 by Roy Pool as Chairman with Ken Almond, Fred Barney and W. T. Cotton as the Enduro Committee until the Club Council was set up as the governing board. There were ten clubs and ten enduros that first year; Roy was Chairman for 19 years before handing it off to Stan Simpson.

In those early days there were only a few enduros in the state so they would designate one single race a year as the “TEXAS STATE CHAMPIONSHIP ENDURO” and as we all know, one mistake/bad luck/mechanical problem can ruin your race and you lose for the year so for that reason, Roy and his friends decided to create a state-wide circuit for Texas riders only and called it “The Texas State Championship Enduro Circuit” because of the previous name designation.

ROCKY MOUNTAIN TRIALS ASSOCIATION

Although we happily welcome spectators, it’s exponentially more fun to participate with us! No matter what your skill level or experience, RMTA events offer fun, level-appropriate riding for beginners/juniors all the way to Pros. We at the RMTA are rather firm believers in that old saying the more the merrier!

Anyone who has played traditional sports or perhaps tried their hand at a bit of theatre, would readily admit that practice or rehearsal can be fun, but they can’t really hold a candle to games or show time, now can they? Riding trials bikes is really entertaining stuff, but riding observed trials competitions is a whole new level of enjoyment – and a first step we seriously doubt you’ll ever regret taking!
