Do you have a youngster who could use a fun, exhilarating, and challenging new hobby?
Youth dirt bike racing might be a great opportunity for them. This is one of our favorite programs we offer to patrons in the beautiful Rocky Mountain area, where there’s plenty of excellent terrain for all kinds of exciting motorsport activities.
Youth Racing with Colorado DirtBike Info
Our Youth Racing Program is a safe and terrific way to show children the basics of motorcycle riding at beginner speeds before progressing to advanced levels. We train youngsters, of all ability levels, how to ride anything from a 50cc to 150cc bike. The speed and bike sophistication depends on age, ability, experience, and equipment capability.
We not only train and facilitate youth racing but also hook you up with all the appropriate riding gear. These are the essential items you would need to begin dirt bike racing:
- Helmet
- Goggles (with tearoffs)
- Chest Protector
- Boots
- Gloves
- Jerseys
- Pants
- Neck Braces
- Knee Guards
- Elbow Guards
That’s a decent list of items, but all of it matters when you partake in a physical sport like motor racing. Even some adults like to arrive in t-shirts and jeans, but it’s important to dress for success (and safety). Fortunately, we can assist with gathering the proper gear when you visit us for training and racing.
Reasons to Let Your Children Try Dirt Biking
Why is it a great idea to allow your children to participate in dirt biking?
- It’s a fun and physical experience that gets them out of the house.
- Dirt biking is an outdoor activity, which is vital for improving mental health.
- You won’t be alone when you visit one of our favorite Moto Parks. This is a terrific way to build camaraderie with other riders and make new friends.
- It teaches children how to exhibit strong posture. You cannot slouch or coast along in this sport. Dirt biking is a very deliberate activity that requires good posture.
- Our instructors have years of experience, so it’s a wonderful opportunity to learn basic, intermediate, and advanced riding skills from a pro.
- Finally, it’s an excellent way to teach them about sportsmanship, concentration, discipline, and healthy competition. It’s not all about playtime and recreation. Children will have the chance to face challenges and master something difficult.
So, we hope you’ll join us for youth racing or one of our clinics at Colorado DirtBike Info. Since interest in dirt bike racing has surged in the past two or three years, we’re happy to facilitate this awesome hobby and sport for folks of all ages.
