It’s always a terrific idea to keep your finger on the pulse of new dirt bike models if you’re serious about this sport. After all, you never know when you’ll spot an upgrade opportunity that matches your riding needs perfectly.
That could be the case for some of you with the new 2025 Motocross Range models from KTM. This is an update to the 2023 versions, which were already a huge hit among riding enthusiasts. Here’s a quick preview as well as a reminder of where you can rent or purchase other solid riding gear.
KTM’s 2025 Motocross Range
The 2025 Motocross Range features a variety of minor tweaks, but most especially regarding riding control and comfort. It comes in a couple different options: the 2025 KTM SX and 2025 KTM SX-F Range.
Perhaps the biggest improvement involves changes to the bike’s frame. Specifically, this includes additions like tube-wall thickness changes all throughout the ride (engine mounts, front side, and rear shock area), along with new visible cutouts.
KTM made the adjustments to lighten the bike (about 300 g) to suit better corner handling, maneuverability, and stability. They also made minor changes to the rear brake pedal, and installed a new swing-arm.
It also possesses New Dunlop GEOMAX MX34 Motocross tires, designed for greater performance and absorption. Finally, the SX-F version further enhances performance with a new exhaust silencer. Dealerships expect to see these awesome versions in their inventory by May 2024.
